My Dilemma


Ok I am struggling with something here. Although I am pleased with my initial weight loss since giving birth I am not happy with this in between stage. I know the only way to conquer this is to workout. But I really don’t want to. I am so tired and when I have a moment of free time I’d rather do just about anything other then workout!!! S0……do I workout or not?? Today I am choosing NOT πŸ˜‰

  1. I wouldn’t even give it a second thought…REST and RELAX. You are what..three weeks Post Partum? Slip on some yoga pants or a nice loose fitting skirt, and enjoy your “spare” time doing something else..anything else!!! LMBO!!

  2. I had my third child 6 weeks ago. I lost the baby weight very fast with my first two but this time…ugh, I’m really struggling! I’ve lost 30 lbs so since delivery but still have 15 more to go ( I ate a lot of Coldstone ice cream in those 9 months! πŸ™‚ )I also just started exercising again…..pathetically. Hang in there and I’ll pray you find a way to rest,relax and shed that baby weight! πŸ™‚


  3. Ugh, I know how you feel! I used to just have my weight melt off but after my 6th kid I’m really having to work for it. It’s hard to find the time and with homeschooling it’s almost impossible. My whole family goes to the YMCA at night so that’s the only way we’ve been able to do it. πŸ˜›
